Contact page

The contact page includes Contact information and Contact form blocks. In the initial composition, store details appear before the form. Form blocks are mandatory and cannot be removed.

Configure in the new editor (Brand Editor)

1. Open Contact page in the editor and select Contact.
2. Choose page or full width and adjust vertical, side and two-column spacing. Side spacing is editable only at full width.
3. Check block order and save the page.

The information block uses data registered in the store: introductory text, WhatsApp, phone, email, address and blog. It has no fields of its own in the editor; missing information is not displayed. To change these details, edit store contact information in the administration panel.

The form uses name, email, phone and message fields. When the customer arrives through a product inquiry, the page also presents that product. The order cancellation flow uses the platform’s own messages and fields.

Check before publishing

• Check support channels and their links on desktop and mobile.
• Send a test message and check form confirmation.
• When using full width, review side padding on narrow screens.
