Newsletter and signup form
The Newsletter section combines a signup invitation, content, and a form. It can appear as a standalone section; the Newsletter block in the footer has its own composition.
How to configure
Section titled “How to configure”- Select the existing Newsletter or add the section in an area permitted by the editor.
- Edit heading and text blocks to explain which communications the visitor will receive.
- Open the form block and check the fields and controls available in that composition.
- In the section, configure the image, image position, alignment, and content layout.
- Review readability, contrast, and field spacing on desktop and mobile.
Presentation
Section titled “Presentation”| Section control | Effect |
|---|---|
| Image and mobile image | Allow device-specific media. |
| Image position | Background, left, or right. |
| Content layout | Stacked or inline. |
| Icon, colors, and spacing | Adjust the invitation and form presentation. |
| Image overlay | Helps visually separate text from a background image. |
Do not assume content, fields, or behavior from another Newsletter: check whether you are editing the standalone section or the footer block.
What signup does not configure
Section titled “What signup does not configure”The form’s appearance does not create a campaign, coupon, or email automation. Check in the platform and the store’s service how signups are received and used. Text promising a discount must match a condition that is actually configured.
Checks before publishing
Section titled “Checks before publishing”Review labels, communication information, and link destinations. A form screenshot does not verify email delivery or app integration. To validate submission, arrange an authorized test with a team email address and check the result in the responsible service; do not use customer data.
If the form is missing, check section visibility and whether the internal block is present. Record any error message and follow Troubleshooting and support.
