Store FAQ and testimonials
Frequently asked questions organizes customer questions. Testimonials displays accounts and ratings entered in the editor. These are store content sections; the documentation FAQ answers questions about the theme.
Configure questions and answers
Section titled “Configure questions and answers”- Add or select Frequently asked questions on the page.
- Open Question list and select a Question block.
- Fill in Question and Answer with matching, current store information.
- Set Open by default when the answer should start visible.
- Reorder questions and check opening, closing, and readability on desktop and mobile.
List spacing and section layout are separate controls from each question’s content. Keep answers short and link to longer policies.
Configure testimonials
Section titled “Configure testimonials”- Add or select Testimonials and open Testimonial list.
- Edit each Testimonial: name, description, title, image, rating, and customer identification when used.
- In the group, choose grid or carousel and adjust columns, alignment, background, corners, and card spacing.
- Review the Review summary, when present, including score, stars, and caption.
- Check desktop and mobile results and replace all example testimonials before publishing.
The list supports up to six testimonials and offers two or three desktop columns. Each testimonial can have no stars or a rating from one to five stars.
Manual content and real reviews
Section titled “Manual content and real reviews”The summary, review count, and customer identification are configured content. The theme does not verify a purchase, calculate an average from orders, or turn text such as “verified customer” into automatic verification.
Use only authorized testimonials and values supported by the actual review source. An app integration has its own workflow; confirm with the provider how its data is displayed before duplicating it manually.
Review common problems
Section titled “Review common problems”When example text appears, check every block, not just the section title. If an answer is wrong, correct the corresponding question. If stars and score differ, also review the summary: it is configured separately. See Troubleshooting and support.
