Icons, message strips, and campaigns
Use these modules to communicate benefits and campaigns. Their text does not automatically configure the store’s shipping, payments, discounts, or commercial deadlines.
Informational icons
Section titled “Informational icons”- Add or select Informational icons and expand its blocks.
- Open each Icon and text block and enter its title, description, and link when needed.
- Choose a theme icon or a custom image.
- Adjust group colors, alignment, and spacing, and check mobile readability.
Messages about free shipping, installments, and returns must reflect the store’s actual conditions. An icon is a visual representation, not a setting for the advertised service.
Editorial marquee
Section titled “Editorial marquee”The Editorial marquee section displays moving messages. Add or edit its text blocks and associated links. In the section, configure direction, speed, text size, colors, and spacing.
Mobile controls include visibility, speed, text size, and separate spacing. If the strip disappears only on mobile, check Show on mobile. Keep messages brief and avoid repeating many moving strips on the same page.
The header announcement bar is a different section: editing an editorial marquee in page content does not automatically change header announcements.
Offers with a countdown
Section titled “Offers with a countdown”- Add or select Offers with a timer.
- Check Start date, Start time, End date, and End time in the section.
- Open Countdown to edit its invitation and appearance; also review the composition’s products block.
- Compare the advertised period, products, and actual promotional conditions before publishing.
The visual counter does not prove that a discount was created or ended in the platform. Do not promise automatic synchronization between module dates and commercial rules. Check behavior at the period boundaries and the time used by the store before announcing the campaign.
Expected result and troubleshooting
Section titled “Expected result and troubleshooting”Visitors should understand the message, read it on mobile, and reach the correct link destination. An advertised condition must be available in the corresponding configuration or service. If it differs, first check the information source; see Troubleshooting and support.
